As an ordinary person, there's a certain but disheartening fact: you and I will eventually pass away and disappear forever from this planet's living beings. Another sorrowful fact is that, apart from your spouse, children, and siblings, others will soon forget you. You might think it would take decades, but it could actually be just 3 years or even 1 year.

Whenever I ponder this issue, I can't help but feel endless lamentation. Our lives are filled with pain, happiness, hard work, sadness, and surprises, and after we die, no one will remember us, as if we had never existed on this planet.

Indeed, compared to powerful or wealthy celebrities, we will surely not be remembered. However, when I think that even a popular internet meme has a Wikipedia entry, yet the magnificent lives of ordinary people won't have any record, it’s disheartening.

After much contemplation, I have finally resolved to create a platform where everyone can document their own ordinary yet great lives. I am determined not only because this platform is meant to run for a few years or decades, but because my goal is for it to operate for hundreds of years.

If Elon Musk and his successors establish bases on Mars or other planets, we could bring all the stories from this platform there. I hope that our stories will be known to people hundreds of years in the future.
